Greater Things 2026 — Week One
THEME
Increase is the doorway into the “greater works” life Jesus promised.
For Baby Christians: Increase means God wants your life to move forward in real, practical ways — spiritually, financially, emotionally. It is not about greed; it’s about growth.
For Mature Christians: Increase is covenant participation. It’s stewarding blessing, activating faith, and multiplying the Father’s will through Kingdom priority and disciplined living.
BIG IDEA
God releases “greater things” to those who expand their internal capacity, steward the blessing, and align work, faith, and finances with Kingdom purpose.
For Baby Christians: God’s plan is bigger than your current level. He wants to help you grow so your life can look more like Jesus intended.
For Mature Christians: Capacity determines manifestation. Greater things require deeper revelation, sanctification of motive, and integration of faith, diligence, and Kingdom alignment.
PRIMARY SCRIPTURES (WRITTEN OUT)
Ephesians 3:20–21 (NKJV)
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us…”
Baby Christian Note: God can do more than you imagine, but He works through what you believe and expect.
Mature Christian Note: “According to the power” reveals a measurable internal capacity. The limiting factor is not Heaven but our yieldedness and faith-formed inner structure.
John 14:12 (NKJV)
“…the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do…”
Baby: Jesus meant you can live a life that looks like His — helping people, praying for the sick, and bringing hope.
Mature: Greater works = multiplied fruit through the Spirit-filled Church. Not spectacle, but stewardship of spiritual authority.
Proverbs 10:22 (NKJV)
“The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.”
Baby: God’s blessing helps life go right. It removes struggle and adds peace.
Mature: Wealth here includes capacity, influence, wisdom. Sorrow-free prosperity is a covenant outcome, not random luck.
Proverbs 12:24 (NKJV)
“The hand of the diligent will rule…”
Baby: Work hard and stay consistent — God blesses effort.
Mature: Diligence is spiritual dominion expressed through faithfulness, excellence, and disciplined routine.
Genesis 12:1–3; Deut. 8:18; Malachi 3:10; Mark 4:24; Luke 6:38; Matthew 6:24,33 (all written earlier)
Each text includes:
