Without sunlight plants cannot thrive. Without food bodies lose energy and become dormant. Without love children go within themselves and are hurt beyond repair. Everything on earth needs input to live and to become the best it can be.

If a human body cannot survive without oxygen we must realise that to our spirit man a lack of vision has the same effect. Vision is oxygen to the born again believer. Vision carries us further and beyond. Vision gets us up in the morning. Vision keeps up focussed and alert. The clarity that vision brings to our lives gives our lives meaning and direction. Vision takes us outside of ourselves and allows us to see beyond the reality of life into the future that God has prepared for us.

Without vision people perish. Without vision dreams crumble. A visionless person removes hope from their thinking. Someone may take a moment to dream but their dream remains in the arena of hope and is never pulled into tangibility. Vision marks a heart and presents a path that is exciting, full of freedom and joy. Vision is like oxygen to the spirit and to the soul.

In the Book of Beginnings there are many vision moments. Moments of God interacting with mankind that create and inspire. In Genesis, God would often reach out and connect to produce supernatural moments. One moment was earth shattering. It was a simple connection between God and a man named Abraham. Abraham was without child. Abraham was old, really old.

When God revealed His vision to Abraham He showed him the stars and the sand. As He spoke, God introduced to Abraham the scope of how many children this old, childless man was to have in God’s grand plan. In that vision moment there was no way Abraham could grasp the width or depth of what God had in store. Abraham saw something so far removed from his own ability that the only way to receive was to grab God’s vision.

The Language of Vision

God speaks with the language of vision. God paints with words that light up the soul. He places inside our hearts brushstrokes and flavour of what is possible for us to achieve. He sees your life entering the realm of the best! God’s vision language is unique to you and you will sense it flowing as you trust Him.

When vision is communicated God uses the process of faith to bring it pass. When faith is applied God delivers through the vehicle of grace. Vision presents the heart explosion. Faith creates substance and action to press towards the manifestation. Grace connects God’s ability and majesty to your front door.

Abraham learnt how to see, call and bring to pass what God spoke to Him. He boldly stood, without wavering, on the promises of God. Abraham responded to vision and God gave him the right to stand before Him. Abraham connected to the vision and accepted that what God had in store was possible because He was God. It is possible that without Abraham’s commitment to the vision God placed before Him that the whole of Christendom would not exist. If God could not find a man to respond to vision, Jesus could not come to be our Saviour.

God needs you to respond to His vision of mankind. He needs you, as a believer, to expand your thinking, open your heart and to receive. God desires for you to live your best life. He has started something in you and He will finish it, if you let Him. You play a major role in the vision God has. He placed in your heart dreams, desires and hopes. He sent Jesus to die, to be raised up and to reach out to you in your desperate need of salvation. He sent Jesus so that you have an avenue to respond to vision. The vision of heaven, eternal life, was revealed to you and you accepted it.

Once you entered the kingdom of God you pressed into the realm of vision. Vision is now your oxygen. It ignites you. Vision opens your heart. Your faith in God reacts to the dreams that have lain dormant inside without God’s touch. It is time to connect your faith to the spiritual eyesight that is in your heart. It time to see into the spiritual realm.

The realm that you are now connected to remains full of light. That light is the kingdom you partake of. In that place of light is no darkness and in that realm no darkness can remain. With open eyes of faith you can see further than ever before. You dream can be seen without restriction.

Allow God’s being to flood your spiritual consciousness and overwhelm you with His plan and purpose for your life. Learn to completely connect to the creator of the universe’s plan for your life. Allow God’s vision for mankind to be the main focus of your heart and the Holy Spirit will amplify the heartbeat that resonates.

Your heart core, your inner man, the real you will become so loud you will want to run, dance, shout because the clarity of God’s vision for you. The direction, the heartbeat, the needs, the dreams, the hunger of your heart will pulse with life. It always has been within you, you just need to see it. That life will become so big on the inside of you that acting on it will become second nature.

Become the real you…

You will be you, the real you. The passion of your heart to reach out and touch mankind with the love of God will come from the place of vision. Vision will inspire you to see big. Big thoughts will then lead to big actions. This is how the world will be reached for Jesus. The vision you have will touch many, many people.

“But my vision seems so small? All I want to do is raise my children and I want to see them alive for God.”

You can and will succeed in the vision that was actively placed in your heart by God. Let that vision resonate with your children. Bring them up in the atmosphere of vision and they will reach many people and their touch will transform lives. Your vision won’t stop with your children but will expand into neighbourhoods, schools, and even nations.

Our dreams may feel so large they are impossible. Our dreams may seem so small compared to others, who are on a bigger stage. No matter at what stage your vision is rely on God to direct and handle the details! He will show some people more steps than others. Some He will only show half a step. He is the master of vision. He knows how to communicate and lead. He knows what you need and He only places in you what you need to be completely fulfilled and satisfied.

You only need to breathe. As you wake up every morning and you take that first breath, know that God is placing before you an new opportunity to step into vision. You are capable of achieving great things and you will reveal to the earth hope with a beautiful vision.

There are many souls to win. Your city needs great things to be done. God has vision to place in humanity. God has plans for everyone. Let’s never disconnect our hearts of the very oxygen we need to breathe. Let’s fill ourselves with vision so we thrive in the environment that God has for us. Let’s live in the light. Let’s open our eyes and see beyond the horizon of our souls. Let’s see the one more, the one more person we need to reach, the one more soul to save for an eternity of light and vision.

You will perish without vision. Don’t close your eyes to the possibility of what God has stored for you. He loves you. He wants you whole, healed, set free so the He can release you into a new world of glorious possibilities! You will not perish. You are full of vision!
